Wage : $19.00 - $25.00 / hour

Electrical Assembler Responsibilities :

  • Perform electrical assembly work on equipment, modernizations and parts for lifting equipment in the nuclear power industry which could include wiring hoist, building control panels, piping and wiring trolleys and bridge assemblies, installing camera systems, lighting and warning systems and other customer specified equipment
  • Assist with the start-up and troubleshooting of the controls and equipment
  • Work with the mechanical assemblers when required
  • Experience working for a manufacturing company producing heavy equipment with electrical components and controls is a plus
  • Good schematic and electrical drawing reading ability, differentiating between power and control wiring
  • Understanding of NEC regulations
  • Familiar with various control types such as inverters, two or three speed controls and static stepless
  • Solid troubleshooting skills
  • Self-starter
  • Able to work in a team environment
